I hardly have to think about getting daily walks in during the summer. I walk everywhere — to the farmers’ market, friend’s houses, the wine bar, or my favorite vintage or resale shop. Now that Fall is approaching and the nights are getting cooler, the days shorter, and the weather will be wet more often than not where I live, I’m struggling a bit to get moving everyday. I could go to the gym, but that would last about as long as me trying to give up high heels, coffee, or wine.
